Additional Cost
• Cleaning & Reset Fee - $250 ( Applied to all shoots)
• Cleaning & Reset Fee - $500 ( Over 2 days or 20 people)
• Fryer & Oil Cleanup and Disposal - $250
• Surfaces are rented individually for $150/each
• OT 6pm-8pm: $200/hr
• OT 8pm-12am: $300/hr
• OT 12am-6am (Next Day): $500/hr
• Weekends are an additional 25% to the day rate
• Holidays are an additional 50% to the day rate.
• Excessive Trash - $150/pick up
• City Permits not included
• Electric recovery fees may apply for hot lights and AC, extra electrical appliances, and other items
• Parking: There is plenty of free street parking around the studio. Please ask if additional parking is needed.
**IMPORTANT LOAD-IN/OUT NOTE**
Our studio does not have a loading dock and is only accessible by a short flight of stairs (5 steps). If you have heavy and/or rolling gear that can not be lifted by crew, this may not be the right space for you.
